  This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tonight, I asked them, as I've done before, to substitute rice and beans for the pico de gallo and lettuce. (I know, *gasp*) This hasn't been an issue before. When I got up to the window, the gal told me that they "don't do substitutions anymore," so I offered to pay extra for the rice and beans, and she agreed. Well, the total dick of a cook was apparently put off by the heinous amount of extra work it took to dish out a side of rice and beans, and decided that the only thing going in my clearly-stated and confirmed (more than once) "no meat, vegetarian" dish was shredded chicken. I am not kidding. There were no beans, there was no cheese, no sauce, no toppings, it was just a shell with shredded chicken in it. I live too far out to feasibly go back to correct the issue, I'd just happened to be passing by and was in the mood. I mean, if it offends you so much that someone would prefer one thing to another and even offers to pay for it, maybe you shouldn't be making food for people.

  Food is great and it's cheap for what you get! This is definitely the best to-go Mexican food I've had here.
